EASY AT HOME STRENGTH TRAINING!!!!
For those of us to busy to hit the gym this week. You can still do a few mini work-outs to give your brain a boost to finish out the week. I love that these are anytime you feel like it work-outs. Blast your favorite music and have fun, dance to one song workout the next. Exercising should be fun and it can be put your spin on it. It's hard to stay consistent when you dread the healthy activities on your to-do list. It's hard to eat healthy when all you envision is kale and tomatoes. Health includes happiness. Do what works for you and make it fun.
