The Healing of Art


You don't have to be a master in painting to use art to heal from a difficult time. It does help the healing processes when you have something you are passionate about to channel your energy. You know you better than anyone so whether it's painting, writing, jewelry making, reading, or working on your masters in a field you can't get enough of. We all need a safe space to feel whatever it is we are going through. A space to be honest with yourself about how you are feeling and discover the next step to healing. There is no timeline for healing even if the people around you say otherwise. When you are ready to take the steps towards healing, then it's time to start on that difficult path of healing.
