Coalition History

The SHARE coalition was formed in 2006 with the purpose of promoting a healthy community using effective practices and partnerships.

Purpose

Promote a healthy community using creative programming, informed practices and strong partnerships.

​

Coalition members established work groups to address specific focus areas. These focus areas are periodically reassessed through coalition interest and community input. Current focus areas as of July 2020 are:

• Early Childhood + Youth Programming
• Addiction + Recovery
• Community Connectedness

 

Join SHARE

The Coalition meets monthly to discuss local activities and reduce duplication and address any gaps in services. Participation in SHARE is open to anyone in Petersburg interested in increasing community wellness and working toward the SHARE vision and purpose.
