Gardening is a Solution?

We all want to live a happy, healthy life, and pass a better future to the youth. There are various ways to create a better future. Food can be an option to paving a future that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Even if you don't have a yard, you can grow plants like spinach, garlic, cucumbers, chilies, kale, basil, mint, and green onion in the house. This may not yield much, depending on the setup. Good thing it's more about the joy it brings to see something growing when you first startup. If you're like me and don't have a green thumb but someway somehow you didn't kill the spinach. Now you're making salmon and spinach alfredo for the ones you love. And you feel like you just won a UFC championship. You are absolutely a winner just maybe not in fighting.

Though I do not have kids, I would adore teaching my 6-year-old sister how to plant food. This would get her off her phone, learning, building responsibility, and will get more vegetables and fruits in her diet. Of course, I would let her pick what plants she wants to grow. I don't see kale salad going over well yet. I truly hope this inspires you to play and grow in the dirt.
