Tips for Strength Training
Consistency is key to succeeding in life. It can also be the most challenging. Staying consistent fortifies resistance to complacency that we all need to achieve the goals we have. A repetition that becomes apart of your life and character is important. Rain sleet or snow I do what I say I will. When I'm having a bad week I still know what to do next.
This is my worse nightmare as someone who loves not knowing what I'm going to do tomorrow. As a fly by the pants kind of gal, I can tell you this is not the business model for success. Making a list and checking it twice goes better. I'm working on getting organized daily. I want to be organized and have control of my routine because I know I can get there. Growth is never easy but it sure is always worth it.
It does not matter if you are working to build strength in your body, mind, or soul the same principles apply. You have to push yourself and you have to stay consistent.
